  1. I hate almost all of those! But Working on very few caches, I have not experienced all of these, but I can Imagine the annoyance.
  2. "Never attribute to malice that which is adequately explained by ignorance." I've seen cases where the CO was surprised to discover that the beautiful green plants around the cache location were that "poison oak" that people complain about. Some people learn to identify PO because others have told them how bad it is, and they never want to experience it themselves. Others learn to identify PO because they experience it, and don't want to repeat the experience. Some aren't sensitive to it, and never learn to identify it. And there is stupid me. We go visit our son every year in California, and do a lot of caching and I get a bad dose of PO every year. I will never learn I quite literally LOLed
  3. The damnest thing is how often I start feeling stupid for doing that just before I find the cache because I'm doing that. "Found it in the first place I looked, but the fourth time I looked there." I THINK THIS ALL THE TIME!!!
  4. Guilty as charged. Still charged, Seeing as I have only made two!
  5. Wow. Really didnt think it was going to end that fast... Now I am sad. Come on guys! Ps. Now I have the last comment
  6. Alrighty, Persistence test. The person who types the last comment loves Geocaching the most. Ah ha. You say, "No!" There is no way to win this! This is a fools joke! Well sir or ma'am, you are correct I am a fool. And I love Geocaching. So play along my dear friends. Play along. If your comment is the last comment for 1 hour, you win. I which I will applaud you for your talented effort. Ready Set Go.
  7. If I may correct you, the plastic doesn't "collect" anything. It allows moisture that is already enclosed (generally in the form of plant materials or damp sand) to condense into droplets. If the inside of the bag is dry, there is nothing to condense, there is no problem. It won't let moisture in from the outside. On the other hand, it won't allow any dampness that does get inside to escape. That, I believe is the real problem. Oh dear! We have got a smart one here! The worst one I have ever found has got to be a little dirty wet spice container on top of a power box outside goodwill. Gross.
  8. Keystone would probably have locked it already, but that would increase his post count. WOW. Dude. You have lots of posts! :anicute:

  10. It says that you have 66 posts. Ameliaonstage, would you care to respond and explain yourself? Is it 62 or 66? Well, anytime I post, it will change. So when I started this thread I had 62 posts then had more posts so then it was 66, and it will always change! NOW you're getting clever! LOL! So, when you answer the question, you have to anticipate that one more will be added to your count, right? Welcome to the "more posts than finds" club, of which I am also a member. You really need to stop putting a tube of glue in your back pocket before sitting down to check the forums. Good one! I know, I know. I am so clumsy.
  11. I really like this one also. Geocachers take the road less traveled.

  13. It says you have 62... Maybe you have gone post crazy since you started the thread? Whoops! I checked the wrong number. No I haven't gone crazy. Well maybe a little.
  14. It says you have 62... Maybe you have gone post crazy since you started the thread? What on earth could you possibly mean!? ;P
  15. I currently have 62 posts. How many do you have?
  16. There is a geocache by my school. Quite close in fact. I wanted to find it before school, so I walked over. (walked, not ran) and found it and came back in less then 3 minutes. Finding it took the most time so you can see how close it was.
