  1. Okay, this isn't quite a mobile cache but a mobile trackable. I purchased a hiking stick medallion from Geocaching.com ($9.99 ... https://shop.geocaching.com/default/trackable-hiking-stick-medallion-872.html) which allows me to basically map where I hike and geocache with my stick. It has been a lot of fun. My question is this. Is there a way to post my 'visit' when I hike somewhere where there isn't a geocache (to provide geospatial data for the find) or I haven't taken the time to find a geocache near where I am hiking? In the past I have logged a visit but since there are no geospatial data my log doesn't add to my mileage. Is there a way to add this to my post? Thanks.
  2. Does anyone know if there is a way that one could change their geocaching.com user name and take along their documented caches?
  3. When I create a .txt file in GSAK 7.0 to export to Street Atlas 2007 the text size of the caches are very small and impossible to read. There must be some way to increase the size of this text. Is this something I adjust in SA2007 or GSAK7.0? Any help?
  4. The tech end is my job with my wife and my geocaching experience. Unfortunately I cannot seem to get the track on my wife's Magellan Sportrak to download to Delorme Street Atlas 2006. I don't have any trouble with my Garmin but my wife's Magellan is another story. I know I have the baud rate and the NMEA on the Magellan set up correctly. I'm using the correct port on the PC side for Delorme. Any suggestions out there? Thanks.
  5. Recently while caching in Oregon my wife and I came across a cache where a PVC tube was sunk into the ground as a sleeve. The cache was a six inch or so container glued to a rock and then inserted into the sleeve. I came along and nudged some of the rocks on the ground in the search and I broke this cache. Oops! Give me a chance and I'll trip over anything.
