I don't know where to send this, so I am posting it here because I saw other users with similar topics.
I got the notification from the bot@Groundspeak.com that my premium membership would expire on 2/1 and it suggested I setup an automatic payment from paypal.
Well, I did that early on 1/17 so as not to have a gap. The next day bot@Groundspeak.com sent me a confirmation. I figured everything was okay since my membership details changed to say that my account would 'continue through 2/1'.
Today, it said that I was a basic member. So, I took the email confirmation that sent me and plugged in the S-14Y59... number it gave me and it activated my account, but changed the anniversary from 2/1 to 1/18.
Did I just get ripped off for 14 days because I changed my payment method early?
Is there anyway I can set it straight again?
