I do only if asked. If someone specifically asks me what I am doing, looking for, ect... I explain it to them. Otherwise I think it's better to let them go one their merry way. What they don't know will not hert them (or the cache).

I love being a PM. Granted I was never anything other than a PM but just PQ's alone make it well worth the 30 bucks.

That sounds like a really cool idea. Im not sure how well it will cache on in the US.

Ok, I was able to download Garmin Communicator to my Windows XP computer with Internet Explorer 6 but when I went to run the istallation it did but when I went to the "test page" it said it was not installed. I did this several times, each with the same result. if anyone has any ideas they would be GREATLY appreciated.

I got that GPS last year for X-mas. So far I have; 1. Opened the box 2. Looked at it 3. Closed the box. Now I have something to use it for. Yay

I collect signature swag. I really like it when a chacher takes the time and money to make or buy something special. I also buy sig swag.

It's not exactly regular but I would not be concerned.

I really hate Walmart Micro's. It just seems like stiking a old pill bottle under a lamp in the middle of a asfault hunk is really lame, IMO.

Idon't think trading will go away compleatly. In urban areas the problem is much worse. I live in Vermont and we don't have a big problem with crappy swag and such but I have done several interstate and international caches in urban areas where the swag was such garbage that it looked like the whole cache, save the log, could be dumped in the nearest trash can and no one would care.

One or 2 don't bother me but when you do 3 or 4...or 10 in a row it starts to get old. That's why I set my PQ to filter out micros.

Oil will become scarce before we start fighting over satalights. That will spark a whole new war, the war on oil.

That sucks. I would be really bummed if my cache went missing after 1 mounth. I guess that is the chance you take when placing a cache.

Old pill bottles are watertight and durable.

We do our best to protect tree's and yet have no problem bushwaking over rare plants in order to cut 20 minuets off a hike to get a find . I love it.

Next time wait to place the cache and put TB's in it until it is approved. This will save you time and santity (although I am sure most is already gone beacuse you continue to geocache even when warnewd that is highly addictive )

Alot of people hide over holidays. Reviewers sometimes take a couple of weeks to catch up with the backload (they are still reciving a steady stream of NEW caches while trying to deal with the backlog). It's probably nothing personal, they are just working as fast as they can. Be paitent and the reviewer will get back to you. You could always send him a little reminder just so he dose not forget about you.

That seems fine. A review SHOULD say it's fine but no promises. It looks like a really cool hide. I would like to do it.

I am very sorry that you were dragged into our obsession. At this point it is to late to save yourself. It is better to sell all of your free time to Groundspeak Inc.

Im guessing these guys are right. It looks like a good micro or nanok container. If you see one I would look for one of these tins.

Does anyone know how large the largest thread is? This has to be up there. How about age? This has been around for like a year and is consistantly on the 1st or 2nd page.
