What side of WY? I am in the SW and was wondering if there is a group started for here yet?

We normally camp south of Yellowstone that week so count us in! We will just camp there instead! We could even bring a spare tent for others to use!

My personal opinion is that trackable items simply cost too much. TB tags are what? $4 each? Coins are 2-3x that. I like the wooden nickel idea. About 50 cents to a dollar each and can be customized. If the trackable item was a low value item they probably wouldn't be as attractive to steal and it wouldn't be as much a disappointment to the owner when they went missing. DaveA, Where do you get those? Are they trackable?

I am not sure if this is the right area but I want to start hiding caches. I have two questions about placing these: First do I put the cache in place then report it or wait until they contact me to place it after I have reported where I want to put it; Second I want to put Travel bugs in one I create, how do I log that they are in there? Do I do that after they publish it? Thanks for any help!
