I would check that your original is intact, then remove the new container, delete their log, and post a maintenance note that you "checked the original container and everything is in good condition."
I wish someone had told me Rule 1: Mark Your Car. Early on, I got excited and went running off into the woods for a cache, no trails. It took a lot longer finding the truck again than it did finding the cache. Lesson learned.
Does your Blackberry not have GPS, or is it not turned on? Go to OPTIONS, then choose DEVICE, then LOCATION SETTINGS, set to LOCATION ON. I use Geocache Navigator on my Blackberry and I love it.

Go to the page for the geocache you're interested in. On the right side, under the map, there are black squares with various pictures. Run your mouse over each for a description of the attribute. Look for the snowflake for 'available in winter'.
