Maybe you could try and rename the zip file (just delete the .zip at the end) this worked for us. Somehow the packages were renamed as zip files during the download although they aren't zip files at all.

We tried it on the Axim x51v (256 MB ROM and 64 MB RAM) and it didn't work. Trying to start the program we got an "Out of memory exception" Do we have not enough Memory? Which Axim did you try? Thanks Hedda & Pascal
