I don't know a thing about Macs, so this is a shot in the dark. Try downloading the file to your desktop and then drag it to the GPX folder on the Etrex. this may be a stupid question, but I am having the same problem as the original poster and I have NO IDEA how to download a cache to the desktop. help?

alright, thanks... still not sure how to get them to download. anyone have an eTrex 10 that had the same issues? i'd love to be able to get this thing up and running ASAP but i can't seem to find anything online about it. also the manual for this GPS stinks.

oops, i lied. the GPX folder isn't empty. there is a folder called 'current' with a file called 'current.gpx' in it. there is also something called 'garmin waypoints.gpx.' i'm guessing neither of those are the cache i tried to save.

I NEED HELP. i got my eTrex 10 today for my birthday. i'm having trouble understanding how to download a geocache from the website. i hit "send to my gps" and it connects and says "Geocache GCWZEQ.gpx saved successfully"... but when i go to 'geocaches' on the gps, it says it is empty. what am i doing wrong?
