  1. I had a similar cache with a 4' 4" x 4" and 100 containers, marked 1-100, attached. It was called Lucky Number. People would find the log and replace it in their lucky number. (My lucky number was 3.) It was listed as a Micro, and perhaps a few people did NOT go looking for it because it was a micro...but I heard great things from everyone who found it. Truth is, there's no pleasing everyone. But I appreciate the effort they went to making this! Well done...
  2. I think in the Twin Cities, we were very lucky to have people such as Paklid pave the way to fun and creativity in the hides...he really set a much higher standard than just using Tupperware or Ammo cans in a pile of brush. His leadership in cache creativity has inspired quite a few people who put the extra time and effort into their hides...raising the overall expectation of the hunters, and keeping a heightened sense of intrigue in the caching community. Thanks, Paklid, for your leadership in creativity!
  3. The mushroom is made from fiberglass casting material, such as you'd use on a broken leg...it was wrapped around a mold, and then coated with fiberglass resin to get rid of the grid pattern from the cast material. Add paint and hang on a tree! hunt on!
