I just did this also.....I got an emap, pc cord, 8Mb card and Metroguide for $144. -
Depends on what you mean by cheap. If you have lights and waterways I would be willing to trade a copy for either R&R or Metroguide.

A pc that old may not have usb on it. I wouldnt give more that $50 for it.
