i didnt serve in the military but when i tend bar im always sure to serve a military guy a free drink..

i signed up for the seabees in 73.accepted too, but the bricklayer union called me first..since the war was over then i pretty much layed bricks n when layed off spent most of my time in a bar, much like G,W..

so i guess its ok to proceed....

thanks keystone..so if i had coords to the first stage instead of parking coords it would be ok ?

would this be legal since all the other stages for this cache wouldnt envolve coords,just your knowlege of trees..the idea is to have coords to the first stage and from there on the directions to all the other stages would be a specic compass heading to a certain kind of tree,,like ,,so many degrees north till you find the butternut tree..than at the butternut tree you would get instuctions so many degrees sw till you find the red maple tree ..and so on..this would be even more tuff in the winter....the clue for this cache if i place it would be to carry along a indentification book of trees....

bout the only way to degrade the sport would be to place caches by a crack house or place a five star one in a woods that have a sign man traps n gard dogs in the area..

i know i put that cache around heres somewheres..it was back in 64..

lets not forget the micro needle in the haystack ones..

i could of wrote a book on some puzzle caches as dnfs..they were written in hobbit,some in some ancient welsh languge..guess i,ll have to wait for someone else to find these when theres snow on the ground befor i find them..

anyone can brag about thier finds.what are your most memorable dnfs ? what where the reasons ? forgot gps ? placer put in a realy stupid location ? longest hike only to come up dry ? the thing about a dnf is atleast you,ve learned where it isnt and what not to do,i guess thats something anyway.

i can recall where all my dnf,s shoulda been..

personaly , if someone is showing he found 2000 caches,i certainly arent going to bother to through them all to see if its correct..i always said you have to take find numbers with a grain of salt..
