  1. Now, I'm afraid I haven't understood completely your message. You received an answer to your email and in that answer there was an installation file attached? And now your phone is not working properly? If this is correct, please revert to the sender of that installation file and ask for assistance. You should receive a signed installation file compatible with your phone.
  2. Yes, it is possible. On the top of any topic there is a blue rectangle saying "Watch Topic". Or "Stop watching..." you already are watching it.
  3. Hello, No, if you have sent the email two weeks ago, you're not impatient since he refers one week to answer. But, I don't know what you can do more except trying again. Hope you succeed contacting the developer.
  5. Hi. I checked the instructions about signing the smartgpx addon and found this note: here in this page http://www.smartcaching.de/smartgpxaddon.html So, please, contact the developer as requested. Good luck.
  7. You shoot first and ask (for the feature) later? I would agree for a feature that allows to filter out one kind of caches or one type of containers. Not specifically AND ONLY micro container's caches. And, you have (well, you had as premium member) pocket queries where you can filter the type of caches and containers you like the most among with many other possibilities.
  8. Maybe the problem (that I confirm because I can't see pictures in the logs I received the notification) is recent and the technical staff is still analysing it. I recall enjoying some pictures in the log yesterday, so the problem seems recent to me.
  9. Good point. It makes perfectly sense to hide 'change coordinates' logs and make it available only to members.
  10. Yes, I agree. Be it an attribute or a cache type, it would be useful to be able to filter out power trail caches despite I already found some, when caching with fellow geocachers. But when I'm caching alone I prefer to pick individual caches.
  11. I guess I'll have to sign ALL front and back pages of the logbook in my next FTFs, so no STF or TTF guys rips off my FTFs logs...
  12. This topic reminded me that I needed to update the coordinates to one of my caches. And, I confirm that the process has changed as described by the OP. The strangest thing is to have the log coordinates filled with zeros at first and then filled with the default coordinates from the listing, once I select the log coordinates selection box. Obviously, warned by the topic I ticked the "Add a coordinate to this log " right after the system asked it and the rest was ok. So, just to be sure, I repeated the attempt to update the coordinates (this time without finishing the process) and because I selected the "Add a coordinate to this log " right in the beginning, the boxes where filled with the actual coordinates correctly, allowing me to update them. My conclusion: one should select the "Add a coordinate to this log", right after selecting the log type and before hitting the "Submit log entry" button. Once I select that selection box, the system blinks the log form and the boxes with the current coordinates appears - as it was, some times ago, when I had to update coordinates of another cache. Please try and see if it works well for you too.
  13. How do you validate a FTF? What guaranties there are that a first to log a find is in fact the first to find a cache?
  14. Seems a good idea. I also would like to have that tool available without restricting the availability of my caches.
  15. Yes, there is. Check this page and try one, or more, of the suggested app: http://www.geocaching.com/software/default.aspx
  16. In terms of money everyone knows about its own life but as I received an email with this topic, whith a someone complaining about the PM fee, I just want to underline that GroundSpeek keeps the same fee for more than tens years, and I thank you GS for that!
  17. The "needs maintenance" attribute isn't enough and helpful on that? There are several listings / views where the attribute is visible and, further that, as a premium member, with a pocket querie you can set up a listing to include only caches with that attribute on.
  18. When people wants to cheat they'll cheat for sure. These suggestions or similar ones were posted in this foruns and in the former "Feedback" site, and all were refused or simply forgotten. Seems that the only solution is to work with the area Reviewers before placing a new cache and trust them when they say the spot is occupied.
  19. Have you tried to ask Campcacher what he meant with his note? Mabybe he could explain it.
  20. As I said before, I think that a system preventing double finds, except for some specific caches, would be useful. But, if you want to know about your unique finds, go to your profile/Statistics and in the first setence you'find "Your Caching Chronology You've found nnn caches (yyy distinct) since your first cache find on yyyy/mm/dd." The distinct figure is your unique finds counting.
  21. If I may share my opinion, it makes sense what's being suggested by Topolino as this kind of caches are not being accepted anymore and so they're perfectly contained and identified. And not only the duplicated found logs but also the will attend log seems, to me, that don't makes sense that the system allows duplications - It not very important to prevent this kind of logs, as they don't affect the finds counts, and the event where I found them is already a Mega event but I just found it strange.
  22. It's fair to say that I already received some notification emails, including the one referred above. Thanks for your work!
  23. Just a confirmation that the problem still remains. No mails from mail system, even for a disable cache log I made.
