This past summer 2001 while in the Adorondack mountains of Upstate New York we found a "proxy card for a geocoin that went missing. One side had Norwegian Nordkapp #2NOHKV0 and a cartoon fellow on it. Can anyone tell me what these are for and what they mean? I wanted to update the owner but don't know how.
