the kids are all excited to go hunting ,i dont have a hand held unit yet but hope to get one soon think its brill for kids ,cant wait t get started ,

want to purchase a second hand unit so i can start to search for goecaches,and dont kn anything about the hand held units so need as much info as poss,would like a good cheap one to start with,dont want anybody to con me into buying a crappy one,thanks

i have a garmen sat nav fir use in my van ,can this be used for geo-cachhing ,, new to this game and am a chilminder so the children would love to go on a hunt ,but i dont have a phone or tracker yet , i live on the isle of bute all help to get started greatly appreciated thank u
