  1. I have two of the petzl lamps, and they are very nice. For comfort and size, I usually take the black diamond moonlight. http://www.bdel.com/gear/lightware/moonlight.php
  2. I have the Suunto Vector, and like it very much. I have also owned a Casio triple sensor, and like the Suunto better. It is built better and the compass, altimiter, etc. seem to be more accurate. If you want all this stuff in a watch, get a good one. If you don't care about it all in a watch get a stand alone compass, it will be alot cheapre for a nice one. Squeaks
  3. Maybe a dumb question, but.. How will you prevent someone who is not a geocahcer from taking the cache if it can be seen plainy from the bridge?
  4. I was just wondering what the policy is on using the logos? I would like to have a signiture item made, like a coin or pin, to leave in the caches. Something along the lines of what Mount10bike has. What do I need to do to get permission to do this? Or is it even possible without infringing on copyrights, or trademarks. Thanks for the help. 5. I have tried to download caches both from the actual cache page, and also form the list of caches that result from a zip code search. The problem I am having is that when I click on the 'Download to EasyGPS for Groundspeak' button my file download window opens up, and if I click on open or save, I get the same result: it says 'getting file imformation': waypoints.asp from www.geocaching.com and there is no info. on the download time, transfer rate etc. It just stays this way. In the upper portion of the window, the animation of files leaving the world to the open folder continues to run, but nothing else ever happens. Am I doing something wrong? I have run the easyGPS application, and uploaded waypoints from my etrex vista to the pc, so I know the connection works. Should'nt I be getting a .loc file? I don't understand this. Squeaks
