What are the steps to putting pictures for a virtual on to laptop, geocaching.com from Iphone

I would like to change my GSAK data from oldest caches to newest caches and I am not sure how to do this! I am not good with working with GSAK, It was showing my latest caches at the beginning when I opened GSAK and then I have done something and changed it and I want to get it back to the way it was. Can someone help me?

I know how to put coordinates in my gps, but I am trying to put the right one in GSAK. I tried to use N.......W..... but it keeps saying its wrong...and I've put the common everywhere to get it to work! But it won't take anything I put in. When I updated the GSAK ....it put 3000 caches in that were not mind...now tring to fix this problem.. So far no luck! Can anyone help me that is familiar with GSAK... I went to locations and tried to fix the coordinates...but it's not taking it! A Big Help from anyone!

recently I've had issues receiving emails about new caches within the set boundaries of the notifications I've set up. Anyone else have experience with this problem, or know how to fix it? I've made sure my notifications were set up properly, i also checked and made sure emails werent getting filtered as spam. The only step i haven't taken is calling my isp and requesting the ips for the website not be blocked becuase i don't think firefox is blocking the emails. any help would be amazing.
