We have had a premium membership for many years, and renew every year in April. However, this year the upgrade option hasn't been available to us or isn't working properly
The endless loop goes like this:
1. Log in to GC.com
2. Click upgrade
3. Get taken to a page that shows the benefits of membership and says 'log-in to upgrade'
4. Click on the link - get taken back to the webpage in #2 above.
We can't get anywhere to actually pay and maintain the membership. This has been happening over the past few weeks - now our premium membership has expired and we can't get anywhere to update the account.
Can anyone help?!
