  1. I have looked at the puzzle caches but haven't found one yet. I was just wondering what exactly you have to do for a puzzle cache. Example: GCVFHC Thanks.
  2. Thanks for the explanation, it makes a lot of sense. 2nd Amendment Support.
  3. I like the new cache icons. I think they are more realistic than the jar that were on here before.
  4. Man, there is a bunch of pessimist’s in the forums. Any time a person has an idea everybody just shreds it to pieces. Why not be a little optimistic. I’m not trying to create more work for Jeremy, but right now I don’t enter any “no finds” or notes into the system and use the number of logs that I have entered into the system on my cache page, so I don’t have to do the math. Also why should you have to go through 15 different steps to obtain a number that could easily be displayed on the users profile. If I’m in a search of caches and want to look to see how many caches a certain user has found, you used to be able to go into their profile and look, without losing the original search to go and seek another list of caches to get the total.
  5. I was just wondering if there was a way that on a user's profile that there could be the total number of caches found, without having to do the math in my head. Thanks

    Points System

A geocacher from Missoula, MT created a site that associates points with the caches, based on age of the cache and the number of finders the cache has recieved. Here is a link to the of leader board. The only down fall to this system is that it incorporates all the caches in Montana and all the caches within a 150 mile radius from Missoula, and I live about 145 miles away. The second link is the explanation of how the point system works. http://www.rusticweb.com/geocaching/cgibin/sgps-disp.cgi?step=allusers http://www.rusticweb.com/geocaching/cgibin/sgps-detail.cgi?CID=5006
