So when I call my girlfriend "honey" or "baby" where others can overhear, I am being obnoxious? We don't have to be making out or making fools of ourselves to be obviously gay. I am glad people here believe in a live and let live mantality. The truth is though, than until random people start telling you you're going to hell just because you are sitting too close to another woman for their comfort, you can't really understand. You begin to prefer being in a group where you don't have to hide. Most of my friends are straight, but if I am joining a group of strangers, I just feel safer around "family".

So...the name of this cache is "rusty hole" Is that not a pretty good tipoff that it's surrounded by rusted metal?

OregonCacher - sometimes people just like being in their element, with others that they feel they can be themselves around. I know that feeling. On the reverse side, I prefer to geocache with just one other person, my girlfriend. I don't see a need to seek out other lesbians to go. *shrug* In answer to your actual question...no. I don't know of any. Check with your local pride center, if you have one.

That looks awesome, thanks Emma! I'll have to do some wire shopping... I went ahead and decorated the backs of my coins, with excerpts from Robert Frost's The Road Not Taken. I can't help but recite it every time I am out on the trails.

How do you get your wire to look so well finished? I saw your picture and just had to reach in the drawer and try something similar. Maybe I am using a different gauge, but getting a nice rounded and beautiful name wasn't happening over here... I made it my keychain anyway, thanks for the idea!

Thanks! They're simple wooden beads from a craft store, a bit larger than a quarter in diameter. Didn't think I'd ever find a use for them... Of course I then realized I didn't have the right screen name on this site... and attempted to change it. Taken... but can't find a Herah in the members list. Sigh. I'll put my other favorite screen name on the back. MadamSmall.

This is my first attempt. Pretty rudimentary but I am just sitting at my desk at work with very limited supplies

I purchased the premium membership a few minutes ago, because it listed one of the benefits as the ability to bring up a list of all geocaches along a specific road trip route...I am going on a road trip today and haven't been able to figure out how to do this. Any advice?
