Hi, a lot of the info. on this thread is now well out of date. Would it be a good idea to start a fresh with the latest info. on how to get the OS maps merged with the ones from GS.

Its a pity you can only have address or number,it would be use full to see both. Guess screen is to small for that. I like the option in one of the android free apps on phone that allows you to search bu co-ords codes or address.

Is it possible to do a search on a etrex 20 by GC Geo code rather than a address?

I don't have excel,only open office don't think it has the same options.

I know how do do that but when you have a lot to do software would soon breeze through it.

Is there a app which can be downloaded to a desktop computer that will allow you to average waypoint co-ords when entering them manually. Needed to help solve a puzzle.

Sorted latest goggle up date the problem. Removed and install the previous version,job done.

I had to re-download google earth. In the previous version I could put in a Gps co-ord. and switch to street view and drive route to location on screen. As I approched GZ the co-ords would show up on computer screen. This no longer happens. They show on the earth view but not street view. Any idea what I have done or not done?

There is plenty of space on the SD card. There are no apps left that need transfering to card, The problem is the low storage in the phone not the card.

Running a HTC wildfire S. Problem is internal storage is to low. It has under 14 MB left and nothing else can be transfered to SD card. What suggestions for a budget phone with 4+GB internal storage and most important a good gps. UK based.

Has anyone found a geocaching app that will work on navigation with Navfree. Or a navigation app that works with neongeo on android phone. Neongeo works with Google Navigation but find this is unreliable drops out to easy with unable to connect to Gps satellites. If you have a answer would like to hear about it . Thanks.

Have greasemonkey installed but unable to find a working script for the OS map . I had up till yesterday but had to remove palemoon and lost it when re-installed. Can you please point to a working link. thanks.

Panic over the caches have reappeared. No idea what happened..

Turn etrex20 on went to map and fond all green symbols for geocaches have disappeared. List of geogaches ok under geocaches. Any suggestions? Was ok yesterday.

When my etrex20 became unstable I just did a "Hard reset" since then it has been fine.
