  1. Well according to Garmin's web site it is comunicating properly, so i am not sure. I have the latest plug in and from everything i have read here it is a IE6 issue. It's just unfortunate that an upgrade is not an option, for me anyways.
  2. It appears to be working now!
  3. Still down in Washington. It wont even load anything other then my home cords. Hope they get it going at some point today, i was hoping to drop a TB near my work somewhere tomorrow.
  4. Is there any plans for them to "fix" this? My old computer (7 years now) wont run XP and for some reason even though it meets all sys requirments Firefox causes it to lock up.
  5. Welcome to ya! I am with you on the weather, why wont spring just hurry up and get here? Sure makes it tough to want to go outside when it's windy/rainy/snowy. What kind of gps did you get?
  6. Well it looks like in order to upgrade to IE 7 i need to have XP or Vista. says it is not compatible with win 2K. bummer bummer, sure was alot easier before. just like anythng else i guess, new and improved means it will cost you more money! )
  7. I have been a member for some time just have not made alot of time to go caching. my question is the last time i found a cache i used the garmin comunicator to send the cord directly to my garmin 60. granted this was prob a good year ago. now when i am trying to do it the window comes up and says "not working? try installing the latest plug in" i did that, the garmin test page shows that it is working properly but still when i hit the link send to gps from the cache page it just brings up that screen. anyone else having this problem? or did then change something in the past year that might make it not work well with win 2000? thanks in advance for any help you guys may have. - Mike
