I unfortunatly lost my etrek to the pawn shop. *cries* But I don't have 100 something to go buy a new one. Does anyone have a working gps they'd sell me for cheap? If they are in the st.louis area, I have a ferret i was looking to sell cuz i can't keep her (apt. won't let me) that i'd trade. I know that sounds weird, but I figure I could knock out finding her a good home while looking for a gps. What I'd like to know is if there are any "gothic" geocachers out there...? Or am I the only one? I sure hope not... See, I recently moved to Texas and have no friends to geocache with or anything so, I wanna know if there are people like me out there, male or female, feel free to respond PrincessButtercup

My ex from missouri told me about it recently, and i have got a few people to go with me, even my boyfriend goes with me after work with a flashlight!

Can you do this without a GPS? or do you have to have one? I have taken both routes and searched for 3 or 4 and haven't found them....one at mansfield dam...one at great hills parks(also known as austin hills park), all i got by the trailheads there was a slip into the creek and a couple wasp stings....and i looked for one in balcones park....so, i guess i am really asking if someone in the austin vicinity could help me to find these things....this is my first time and i am not too sure what i am doing..is there somewhere on this website to look up and get together with other people in your area to do this with? thanxs. -PrincessButtercup
