o ya i forgot the puzzle cache is Sunset hideaway GC221PE

i have been working on this cache for a long long time and can not figure this one out can someone please tell me not the answers but a way to find the answers like do i change some of the letters or do i have to find words in the puzzle or what. Thanks for anyone who helps.

I have read other posts and i am not sure if magellan explorist 310 gps can do a Wherigo ? Can any of the magellan series gps's do wherigoes. Also can the garmin nuvi 350 gps do wherigos?
