This has all road maps loaded already - I am not sure if it is just Washington Road Maps or all. - However my computer crashed and I lost the maps and can not get them reloaded - This is the vista color and it is in good shape......I love this vista c but I upgraded and I dont need 2 gps. We are having a bbq/potluck for the 4th of July and thought I would invite some fellow geocachers if you are looking for something to do........Here is the info...... I was too late to post an event on geocaching.com (my fault for procrastinating) so post to the forumns I must. The event will start about 3pm and we plan on having fireworks so this event will last until dark. There will be a BBQ, games/activities, bonfire, fireworks and just a plain ol’ good time. WHAT WE WILL PROVIDE: Games, activities, fireworks, bonfire (probably smash mellows and such for the bonfire). WHAT YOU NEED TO PROVIDE: Yourselves, your own drinks (alcohol is allowed) and your own meat and 1 side dish and lawnchairs. You can bring fireworks as well but we will take them to control the lighting (for safety reasons) There will be people of all ages so bring your entire family. The peninsula beach is 5 minutes away if you want to check it out while you are close, it is really nice……. The coords take you to the side of the property where the event is being held. You will see the house on the corner. I have to ask you not to bring your geopets......... Oh yes and just to make this geocaching related bring your geocoins so others can discover them. coords are: N 47° 12.621 W 122° 47.442

Yes......I beleive you can delete any log that you want to on something you own...... I would also write a note on the geocoin page saying you will delete them if they did not get the # from you.

I think if you have trade items then you could look for people on here to trade with or some of the "coin trading" sites. I have bought and sold geocoins on ebay and have yet to have a problem. I think the majority of the people who take the coins from the field are taking them for there personal collection rather than selling them. I think they would get caught that way?? I look on craigslist every now and again but I dont think geocoins have caught on there yet. Anyways the best way is brand new with the links the cachers posted earlier.......

I think that these states are really not defined seperatly in any other capacity and therefore they really dont need to stand out in this case either. Doing so may take away from the coin.....I would not change the front or the back..... Those of us who are from these places knows what time zone is in effect and if people dont know then they probably have not cached there..... Leave it the way it is.......It looks good!

In my opinion............ If you are trying to get people to come to the event to get the coin or if you are trying to keep the coin "rare" then dont presale the coin, leave it so you can only get them at the event. If you have extras (lol) then you can sell them at the event or you can sell them after the even to people who did not attend. It really depends on what you are attempting to accomplish............ I am sure you would sell a lot more if you did a "public" sale but then the coin loses some of its rarety...

That seems like a reasonable explaination, but that was not the right thing to do. She still is taking the brunt of the flames since she is the name associated with the coin and the person on the forums. And now on top of all the other stuff she has to deal with all the posts about the possible coin creating sock puppet account. She has gone from the frying pan into the fire. It would be best at this point for either Geo-Gypsys or TwinBabies2000 to come here and clear the air. That is my opinion. I was not going to post on here anymore simply because I think this has gotten way out of contol and I think this topic just needed to die out but today when I was reading through the threads and read PAS post I regarding me posting I thought it would be the least I should do. For anyone who knows me my name is Erika. I used to live in AZ and did alot of geocaching there before I moved to PA recently. I have only been into geocoins for about 4 months or so. I only collect states, countries and personal coins. That to me is what started geocoins and so those are the ones I collect. If someday I come up with a crappy geocoin I would not create a sock puppet to hide behind. I am not opposed to falling on my face and admitting defeat when it is mine to admit. I totally understand where everyone is coming from and in most cases agree with what has been posted. I am not sure that it is fair to slam a newbie for a "geocoin" idea that she thought would be neat. Some people like the coin and some people do not and that is ok everyone is entitled to there opinion. I am first a geocacher. I absolutly love geocaching. I could live without geocoins which is why I only collect certain ones. Someday I do plan on minting my own personal geocoin in which I plan to only trade. I am not into geocoins for the money so if/when I make my geocoin I hope to wait until I can afford to pay for it myslef so no one else will have to. As for Twinbabies I know she has geocached before she just has never logged but she plans on starting to do so. Now I am not going to speak for her or her reasons for this geocoin or geocaching. I just hope that although I initially opened this can of worms that everyone will indulge me in the fact that I am not twinbabies nor am I behind this geocoin or anything to do with it. I am sure that anyone who knows me would vouch that I am not the type of person that some of these posts have made me out to be and that I am not behind this geocoin.

The team behind this geocoin is twinbabies2000. I was merely trying to help this team out a little since they are new but I have nothing to do with this coin. I was asked to take the orders and compile them into a spreadsheet which I am doing. The coin idea, design, release, and any other issues should be directed directly to them. I will continue to take the orders for this coin as that's what I committed myself to, But please address them with any questions regarding quantities, price, or anything else not directly related to the quanity you are ordering. Sorry for any confusion that I have caused......(I think I will stick with my day job)
