  1. Have downloaded pocket queries for many areas and also along a route and no problems, just having problems with pocket queries in and around St. John's Nl. If I go outside of the city area and do pocket queries that take in Caches within parts of the city, all works fine. Normally my pocket queries have t files in a folder, but the ones I am talking about just have the one file, as attached. /Users/robertrichards/Downloads/18243269_St-2.John' When I put them into my gps, nothing shows up.
  2. I have tried to download Pocket Queries for caches around GC6B4JW and they download as a file not as a folder. They are not in GPX format and unable to load them onto my Garmin 62st or oregon 450. any help would be greatly appreciated.
  3. Thank-you all for the info. I have it figured out, Just gonna take some time to switch from PC to Mac.
  4. I have just purchased a Macbook and can't tiger out how to copy pocket queries to my Garmin 62st GPS. With my pc I could just drag and drop, just can't get it with the Mac. Any help would be greatly appreciated
  5. I have a GPSMAP62st and I find that some of the caches that I down load cannot be found when I am out in the field. I come home thinking that I had not loaded the cache, go to Geocaching.com and attempt to down load the cache again and get a message saying the file already exists, do I want to over write. Some times I say yes and sometimes I say no and when I check the list of Caches on the unit, the ones that I could not find are now showing up. Can anyone tell me if it is something I am doing wrong or is it just the nature of the GPS unit.
  6. When I go into geocaching and select State/Country to do a search, the only country that is available is Afganastan. This just happened today and just wondering if it is just me or has anyone else found this. Am I doing something wrong? Or has the site changed? Sal and Pal
