  1. I have access to a large number of "destroyed" benchmarks at my workplace. I will not record that I have found them. When I see that a benchmark is destroyed, I come to a conclusion that it no longer exists and I have no need to look for it. I do agree that having a benchmark disk is nice, they make great paperweights. I have an unrecorded (uncirculated) disk on my desk right now at work.

Exactly what thrak said. I do this everytime I go out of town on business. It is also a great way to move TBs.
  3. I have the Legend and have found it very easy to use. I thought you could download waypoints to the etrex yellow. Please let me know if this is correct.
  4. Use an ammo can type container. There are many different sizes available. You don't want the cache to look like a pipe bomb.
  5. Let me know what exactly you need help with. This weekend I will be at Sam A Baker SP. Maybe if things work out I can help. LMK
  6. Right now my vehicle will get me into most of the places that I want to go into. 2004 Xterra SE 4x4 32 inch tires Bike racks on top (when I need to go single track) If I had the extra $... Maybe a 2-3" lift .
  7. Thanks everyone! I was thinking to help them on their way.
  8. Is it right to take multiple TBs from a cache? I have noticed there are some caches that have multiple TBs listed and was wondering if it is right to grab a few to help with their mission. Or should only a single TB be taken from the cache?
  9. Go to this USGS Link and do a query on State Park (Feature Name) for Indiana. It will give you the coords of the park. Then you can search for caches by coords. I just recently did it for MO State Parks.
  10. Thanks! I will check it out. DD are not a problem edit: Just checked it out. It is exactly what I wanted. JC_Geo
  11. Does anyone know of a web site that contains coordinates of US State Parks?
