After looking around for a while for a cache and giving up on finding the answer to the above question, I went to the next page and immediately after posting this found the answer (of course!). For anyone looking for the answer here, it is Difficulty and Terrain.

I haven't been on in a while and am FINALLY ready for my second find (first was 16 months ago!). I can't remember or find what the D/T over the rating block is. I assume D is difficulty rating, right?
