i am haveing same problem has anyone found the answer? there is a way because i had to show someone how to download a PQ on there computer and i opened it with vantage point they showed up as found?

I am having the same proplem with my eXplorist 310 and have also tried the found cache PQ but still did not work. The thing i do not get is my grifriends parents have the eXplorist GC model and when i installed Vantage Point on there computer and downloaded a PQ from there geocaching account all of there found cache's showed up as found (smiley face) on Vantage Point, i didnt even have to run a found cache PQ. I am stumped as i cannot figure out what i did differently if anything at all.
