  1. I think all designs are great, my compliments to the designers. I like #3 best, and #4 is next
  2. After some changes in our Paypal settings, the problem with already paid invoices should be over. Sorry for the trouble to all of you who tried to order but couldn't make the payment.
  3. If you want to add a micro coin to your order, no problem. To get the invoicing and payments right, please place a new order and choose shipping option 'Add to existing pre-order'. Well add it manualy to your order. Only use this option to add coins to already existing orders. People who have already mailed for additional coins will get their invoices in a moment.
  4. We would love to drop your TB or coin in the west of The Netherlands. Drop us a line.
  5. Thank you, I'm very happy with it. Wish I knew who to thank and how to do it... Most of the time those Babelfish translations are hardly understandable, but on the other hand they can be very, very funny!
  6. Log Team Myth - De Oorsprong (GCH07E) "Even langsgewipt om de munt van de goede fee op te pikken. Had even geen gelijkwaardig ruilmateriaal bij me, maar dat maak ik een dezer dagen meer dan goed. That's a promise! Hou deze cache dus nog maar even in de gaten..." [translation] Just paid a quick visit to pick up the coin left by the good fairy. Didn't have any trading material of equal value with me, but I will make that up (more than that) in the next days. That's a promise! So, keep this cache on your watchlist for a while..."[end of translation] Log Vinkepinken - Mazzel (GCVGJV) "Deze cache moest in de buurt liggen van mijn dagelijkse fietstocht naar het werk. Bedankt." [translation]This cache looked like it was on the way to my office. It took me two lunch breaks to figure out the coordinates. Without my GPSr but with the help of MapSource and the hint, I thought I had found the cache. But after two digging attempts, I appeared to be the wrong location. When I took the GPSr and after some mudwalking and searching I found the cache. There was a totally unknown coin in it, that I took with me. I will try to find out what to do with it. A very interesting cache. Thanks. [end of translation] The coin in Otz Chiim (GCQ7TB) appears to still be in the cache, although Thex might have taken it. His log is unclear on this point.
  7. When you, already back in Holland after 3 weeks of caching in Mpumalanga, still are looking in Google Earth and Ozi to determine which Lowveld cache to do next...
  8. The coins came in yesterday from the mint and the mailers are ready to be filled. I hope we can ship all the coins this week. btw they look great (but then again, I'm a little biased)
  9. Most people seem to agree that state or country coins are Geocaching related. But what is the connection between a state or country and Geocaching (when there's no geocaching organisation involved) ?
  10. Did you send them an email explaining that this coin is not a keeper and to please release it? Same here. One of my coins has been discovered a lot recently. If only there was a prize for it... A few days ago, I've sent them a mail, asking to move the coin. But no reply, yet.
  11. You could also try this site. If it's a personal coin there an icon in the column 'personal'. The man behind this site is doing a great job, but he could use some help filling up the gaps.
  12. The photos of the proof coins are in btw: there are still some coins left.
  13. Wow!!! 10 bucks... An empty profile, and the maker is not interested in a trade. My conclusion: he's in it for the money, the whole money and nothing but the money. I pass.
  14. As a matter of fact, yes. I receive a screen at PayPal that says I've already paid for the invoice. I sent a message through the "Contact Us" on the website. Finally made it through to the payment screen and submitted it. Great looking coins. I'm looking forward to receiving them. I'm glad to hear that you managed to get through. My first impression is that there has been a hick-up of about an hour in the communication between the store and Paypal. Two other people have had the same problem. After an hour, orders and payments were handled normally again. The problem is under investigation, but it is hard to analyse because things are working right now and the error cannot be reproduced. Thank you for you feedback.
  15. When you go to the shop and log into your account, you can see the status of your order. If you're having questions, please ask the store using their contact page. Please note that when you have ordered different coins in one order, the order will be shipped when all coins are available.
  16. The first prototype of the Dutch microcoin is ready. There are still some minor flaws, but they will be corrected before the final production run. As you can see the coin has a perfectly smooth surface because of the imitation hard enamel used. Right now we're waiting for the tracking codes, but after that it's only a matter of weeks before we can start filling those empty micros
  17. All coins have been shipped, so the first ones should arrive shortly. One small note: the tracking numbers turned out very tiny, but they are readible. Sorry for this. There are still some coins left, both the regular gold edition (sales and trades) and the limited antique silver edition (trades only). All people that already contacted me for a trade and did not get a response yet, I will contact you soon. It has been extremely busy the last few weeks, so I couldn't find the time earlier
  18. We're about to give the mint a 'go' for the production. So, the final number of coins has to be determined. Therefore, this is a 'last call for orders'. If you didn't order yet, this is you last chance...
  19. I agree with you. But it's not true for all European coins... Depends on the manufacturer. Dutch 2005, Sweet Lake City and Team Myth 2006 to name a few are 'normal' coins, just like the ones you have in the US.
  20. Plenty. You can get them here
  21. The coins arrived from the mint today All orders outside The Netherlands were shipped today, so hopefully everyone will get them soon
  22. Here (Leiderdorp, the Netherlands) a little more TB's but just as few coins... 20 pages = 29.3 km = 18.3 miles 91 TB 1 Jeep 13 Geocoins I have a few coins traveling too, mostly in the US, none of them is stolen (yet)
  23. Hello all, My name is Jeroen Hendriks and I'm a member of Team Myth form the Netherlands. We're planning a holiday to South Africa in July and August. We've rented a home in near Kruger National Park (Witrivier). I was wondering if there are any caches around there and what is the best way to find out. Are most caches registered on GC.com or do SA cachers use other sites too? We are a family of 4, with two kids (4 and 6 years old), so late night caching is not very likely, but are there things we should know when caching in South Africa? Are there caches we should avoid? And any we must visit to make our trip complete? Also, to celebrate this holiday, we've made a special coin (see this thread). A limited copper edition is made especially to release in South African caches this summer. So expect to find some in a few months Thanks for your tips and tricks.
