  1. My systems shows the same response as cerberus1, with IE11 or Edge under Windows 10.
  2. I had this problem for two events I created over the past week. Disconnecting from my ISP and rebooting fixed it on both occasions. I used IE 11 and Edge under Windows 10.
  3. Thanks for the quick response. Both e-mail addresses in my account preferences are correct. You may have received an 'out of office' reply from the primary one over the weekend but that is turned off again now.
  4. We renewed our premium membership on 13 Jan and received a payment receipt from GC.com. However, our previous premium membership expired on 17 Jan and we are now showing as just basic members. I have submitted an enquiry and copy of the payment receipt via the Help Centre but have received no reply as yet. Can anyone shed any light on this please?
  5. We had the same problem with IE10 on a PC today. The hard refresh cleared the problem. Thanks for the tip.
  6. The 'other conversions' tool was especially useful in the UK for converting to grid coordinates. These are used on all OS maps, the primary source of maps here. I look forward to the reincarnation of this tool.
