On a side note has anyone noticed that Algonquin Park has gone missing from Google Maps?
You're right! What up with that?
... And as google maps is the official park boundary checker for the Ontario reviewers... does that mean it is now fair game?

I'm offended by peoples ability to get easily offended. I could rant about this, and blame them for many of the ills of the world.. but I will save that for another day.

puzzles are always easier the second time around though

I suspect there will be more of a push after we are done with Fling (kinda busy right now)

Me too! I left a camping tent in the tent as a trade item (wasn't worth taking it back on the plane)

We got hail a few days ago in Barrie area - but we normally get hail whenever there is tornado warnings

did you post this in the hunting forums too? .. If a mistake is going to be made, chances are it will be their fault. Few geocachers wear convincing turkey suits

Favorites seem to be a fantastic way to "filter the weak"
On a recent road trip rather then doing all 2000 caches en-route (and never likely making it to my destination) I chose to only look at caches that had been favourited. It was a great trip!

An easy enough find, if you can get there:
- I HAVE cached in this province, though nowhere near this cache
- Its on an island
-
.. I wonder what suggestions you may have?
Bring lots of money

I've been testing a few of them on my Garmin Nevada as part of Groundspeaks "trusted partners" ... BWAH HAHAHA!

Oh! That little town is "The Cache" Ontario - The Cache in question is http://coord.info/GC63F6
And just as an FYI, you cannot ride an ATV through town unless you are a resident of the cache:

We donated the log from Spring Fling 6 to the Groundspeak Maze Exhibit - Hopefully It will show up ..

I think its a real travesty that you don't mention "talk like a pirate day" ... I mean, aren't we all treasure hunters here?
-
jeez, that's terrible....

I came very close a few months ago, and that was just based on one very negative experience
same here, realized I was in too deep and pulled back alot instead.

Juicepig may be the Tiger Woods of this thread but that hasn't stopped others from getting some points over the last six months. However, our Tiger still sits comfy with a 46 point lead. I think he is unstoppable.
