  1. Thank you for your quick response. I appreciate it. I think this need to be very clear for people upgrading via the intro app as the price for the 2 are exactly the same, hence the confusion. As an app only user (and I am sure there are lots of new geocaching app only members), when you see a 3 month premium geocaching option you assume that you will get the app upgrade as well - as that is what happens in 99% of cases. If I had purchased a membership via the website, I wouldn't have expected the app upgrade. Personally I didn't need the ability to have a premium membership but wanted the ability to search for caches, access to hints, etc as the full app does. Therefore I feel like I have wasted my money as I didn't get what I expected. I am not a regular geocacher, it's something fun that I do with my kids on holidays and this experience has really put me off.
  2. I am having exactly the same problem. Was using the intro app and decided to upgrade. I did this through the intro app thinking it would upgrade. I now have a premium membership for 3 months but still only have the intro app, just with a couple more caches unlocked. (Yes i have done a search for the full app on my phone and double checked the app store - I don't have access to to full app) When I try to download the full app it is asking me to pay the 3 month membership price again. Can anyone help me? It seems like I have just thrown away my money. Thanks. Sally
