I downloaded 3.1 last night. It was an upgrade from 2.42 I believe. Other than being able to enter my owner info, I haven't been able to find much of a difference. It's almost like they are talking about a different unit! D&P

I bought my Legend on Ebay for $180, including shipping. I took my time, looked at seller's profiles, and finally found a deal I could live with. I used "buy it now", which included free shipping. The unit I got was brand new. I could have got a used one cheaper but I was after a new one. It was my one and only purchase on ebay. The best price I could find in my area (Oregon) was $240. In my area (zip code 97701), there are a lot of multi-stage caches. Of these, several use information from landmarks and points of interest to solve math problems, ect., which in-turn give coordinates and/or other clues. Central Oregon Urban Cache, Pilot Butte Cache, and Quad Dam It Run Around Cache (I'm in the middle of doing this one right now) are some that come to mind. D&P

Has anyone had any experiences carrying a GPS thru airport security lately? I have the opportunity to travel to the midwest next month and I'd like to do some 'cache hunting in my spare time. I just don't want to get hasseled everytime I go thru security. D&P
