Hi ! I just registered my 30-day premium membership free trial I received with my new gps unit but I cannot make pocket queries. I tried to sign out and then sign in but I'm still a basic member in my profile. What should I do ?

I live in Quebec City. Wednesday I bought my e-Trex Legend from GPSCentral and friday I received it. And it was 48$ cheaper then Canadian Tire !
