  1. Apr 16, Everett - This CITO's a Beach

Apr 16, Bellevue - Bellevue Parks Arbor Day CITO

I added a post to the Latitude 47 blog about This CITO's a Beach. Wanna check it out?

    http://blog.geocaching.com/2011/04/cache-in-trash-out-cito-a-lackeys-story/

I also mentioned the Bellevue Parks Arbor Day CITO. I wasn't there so I didn't have as much to say about that one.

THANK YOU to those folks who are attending these and an even bigger THANK YOU to those who are organizing it and giving the rest of us an opportunity to give back.

MissJenn, will you make a blog post about other CITO's? Just curious. :)

  2. Well, I think that it's okay to change the rating if appopriate, but I agree that messing up a cachers fizzy challenge isn't very nice.

If its not found in a year, I think it good enough to keep the rating where it is. After all, just 'cause no one found it doesn't raise the difficulty.(in my opinion at least)

Just my thoughts on this subject. Hope it helps. :)

  3. REI has the Garmin 60CSx on sale for $219.95. After using my $40 dividend it was shipped for $198.80. I think Arlene might like holding it over the 76CSx she is now using. No, it is not paperless but a very accurate GPS. Just wanted to give you hikers a heads up on a great GPS.

Yes, I love that GPS. I got mine at costco a few months ago, but I forgot the price. :(

Very accurate, hold vertically for best results.

  4. This is ridiculous.

What I'm seeing here is a young man (Jacob) who is trying to get a little attention for his website creating efforts, related to a hobby that we all enjoy. So what if he's a little shy about admitting it?

I am ashamed at the adults who have responded negatively to this thread. Do you feel better having proven your superiority in grammar and spelling?

I think you should all take your intellectual wisdom and upturned noses elsewhere, and congratulate Jacob on a creative project that he is using to express his love of a hobby that we all enjoy.

Good job, Jacob. Looking forward to your next post.
