  1. Hello, Is there anybody who knows what was the first language, other than English, to which the Geocaching.com page was translated to? I am preparing a quiz about Geocaching and I would like to add this question. Thanks and best regards. Have a nice weekend. Xavier (Xicufotsopa)
  2. Hello, I don't know if there is a solution to my problem. Is it possible to create a new geocache using the visual HTML editor of the Geocaching site; but you have to do all the work in a row. It isn't possible to save the work and retreive it later to finish the listing. Am I right? Or maybe is there a way to open again the saved work in the same Visual HTML editor in order to finish it and save the final version? Or maybe the only way to finish it is manual coding? Thanks Xavier (Xicufotsopa)
  3. Wow! I will try it by myself! Great news. Thanks a lot, HHL!
  4. I will try this GSAK macro; it sounds good! Thanks.
  5. Hi, I will try to narrow the corridor or break the query in two or more queries. Thanks a lot, HHL and Isonzo Karst!
  6. A route has no radius. It's a corridor. Yes, I think the same; bad expression in webpage, I think.
  7. Hello, I understand that you mean the search radius, right? I have set it to 5 km, as always I have done. Changing this to a lower number (i.e. 1,5 km.) gives the same result. Thanks.
  8. Hello Hans, I don't understand your question, sorry! What do you mean with 'corridor value'? Thanks.
  9. Hello, I have just created a "Find caches along a route" from Birmingham to Cardiff, in UK. https://www.geocaching.com/my/userrouteedit.aspx?rguid=102bba7b-6ced-4ab0-bfda-f2463b46c68e The problem is that when I run the pocket query associated with it I get wrong results. An example: The route crosses the town of Chipping Campden where you can find 4 caches. This 4 caches appear in the geocaching general map but not in the map that you get once the pocket query is generated. I attach two screen captures to explain this. Has anybody got the same problem? Do you know where is the problem? Thanks a lot. Xavier (Xicufotsopa)
  10. OK, thanks a lot for your answer. I will us this instead.
  11. Hi, I'm working on a new geocache, concretely an earthcache. I would like to add a map in the listing page, but this map is not an image (that is easy to add); it's a link to a map with multiple layers that is in another page. If I modify this map (ie adding information) it would be shown the new features in the earthcache listing page, too. I use Kompozer to design the page, and once finished I copy-paste to the geocaching listing pages; this has worked fine for me several times. But not now when I am trying to embedd html code: it works fine in Kompozer and in the Kompozer preview, but once I copy-paste to the geocaching page, the map does not show. The code is <iframe marginheight="0" marginwidth="0" src="http://www.instamaps.cat/instavisor/63438690/3b80cbe4595c02548624a28dad9e3930/Traquites_de_Vilacolum.html?3D=false&embed=1" frameborder="0" height="480" scrolling="no" width="640"></iframe> Can anybody that could help me, please? Thanks a lot. Xavier
  12. Hi, it doesn't work for me. I have uninstalled the plugin and I have just tried to download it again from MyProfile page, and it does not work, I cannot download it. Any suggestion? Thanks a lot. Xavier
  13. Hi, I have been geocaching since October 2010 and this is my first message to the forum. During those years, I have created almost 100 geocaches. The explanation of all of them has ben created using Adobe Dreamweaver, copying the code and pasting it to the Geocache listing page. Since some time ago, you can create a new geocache using the visual HTML editor of the Geocaching site; but you have to do all the work in a row. It isn't possible to save the work and retreive it later to finish the listing. Am I right? Or maybe is there a way to open again the saved work in the same Visual HTML editor in order to finish and save it again? If not, it would be great to have the possibility of saving the work to get it later and finish the listing. Thanks Xavier (Xicufotsopa)
