  1. That's an unadvertised feature - Scented Coin. Sniff the lid to see which flavor it is! And NO! This is just a joke (to a couple of emails asking if I was serious) We all need a laugh from time to time! OMG!!!
  2. I was all ready to order, but there isn't a Mt Dew!
  3. I agree with most of the posts... I think that the three most special coins I have are not trackable. One isn't even a metal coin! One is a Lowracer LE coin I got as a FTF prize on a puzzle cache 188 miles from home. One is a 3CostCoGuys coin from when one of them was living near here... One is a Hand made clay token from Larry739 personally given to me at dinner one night during a cache run. Don't get me wrong I love the other coins I have pruchased, but there is something special about finding a coin or being given a coin from the person who designed/made it.

    Kansas Coin

Quick question.... Were the coins sent seperately? I received a Gold coin, but not the 2 Silver ones. Thanks
  5. I am planning on being there so I would love to attend the meetting
  6. The Impromptu Events that happen around here are just about the best reason to go after FTF's! I have met more cachers this way than just about any event! FTFs around here can be a fairly competitive sport! I know after finding a cache that hasn't been found for months, I get the same exhilaration.
  7. 2 Coin Club december coins (I was lucky the coins were there, the envelope was partialy opened!) Coin quest coin and button
  8. It is a nice looking coin. I would add one to my collection, given the opportunity.
  9. So far I think this winter caching is fun! I just did my first winter cache Middle of the Kaw GCPR41. It was a nice 17 degrees (when it was over). The fun part is you have to cross the river to get to the island where the cache is. We were told the water level was down so I figured it would be a good time to go. It probably would have been good to cross at the otherend of theisland (where there is a rock land bridge now). But no I had to do it the hard way. It took almost 5 hours before my feet finally warmed up! Then my daughter wanted to go get that one to so... Yep back accross the river I went. I must say though it was a blast! The next cache run involved 5 degree weather and 35 MPH winds, so I think that I have an idea what the rest of winter will be like. Should be interesting!
  10. 2 North Carolinas today Sometime this week there should be a Coin Quest coin, and 2 San Diego coins!

Probably too late but I would still like to be on the Tornado waitlist, for 1 coin...
  12. I have an extra NJ waitng for a trade. I would be willing to hold it for you while we work something out. I prefer NOT to sell my extras. I got them for the express purpose of trading.
  13. For me The only coin I had hoped to get a specific number for was the OIFGA Gold coin. Had I realized I could ask for a number I would have asked for # 63. I ended up with # 61. Those that know my background also know why... Other than that one coin, I do look for "fun" numbers when I am trading but I don't go out of my way to get a special number.
  14. A 1909 S Indian Head cent XF RD Seriouly though (and OnTopic) I think the OIFGA Gold Coin is the rarest. Maybe the 3Costgoguys coins are close though.
  15. reposting request.... PLease put me on the list for 1 LE coin
