Why are all locationless caches still open? Shouldn't they be moved to Waymarking.com since Jan. 2006?

Many hunters (including me) received some letters ask us re-hunt some cache & mail photos to them for their international geocaching competition. Seems that the winner can get a great prize. What is the competition? Who holds it? Does it have an official website?

Does anyone know which locationless cache collects all the mines in the world?

Recently, there are some new TBs starting their journey from Taiwan area. And I know that there will be more new ones in months. I don't know if the owners would like to let their TBs end up in Denvor , 2007. Maybe you can write to them directly. I must said that they seldom visit the English forum. We have a Chinese one.

I've known that we can log "found" on a cache many times (the stats will add everytime). Does it happen on TB? I mean if I grab/place some TB. Some days later, I meet it again in another cache & grab it again. The stats will add again?

I'm curious about the question. I log "found" in a cache. If I log "found" again in the same cache, will my stats +1 ? If it will, is it fair?
