  1. I don't know much about GPSr's or whether this is a steal or slightly below normal pricing. It's at $169.99 with a list price of $535.99. http://www.amazon.com/b/ref=pe_99550_18233510_as_txt_2/?node=172526 Feedback on why it's so cheap? Is it just because they mark items up then sale price them?
  2. I use Debian, Fedora, Ubuntu, and Ubuntu Server, all depending on where I am and what I'm doing. I've also used Gentoo in the past. Glad to see a decent amount of fellow *nix users on here.
  3. Thanks for your replies. The first post about iPhones points out how it's horrible for hiding caches because of its bad coordinates. Is that relatable to to Droids? On a side note, does anyone recommend a good mapping service besides Google?
  4. What do you recommend, Droid or a GPS? What's the difference between using an app like c:geo on Droid vs using a GPS device? Are they both accurate or is one more accurate than the other? Also, are there apps that will be more accurate than others? Does accuracy even matter much with geocaching? (This is coming from first-timers looking for their first cache).
