I have downloaded the firmware for my garmin gps 60 and there is a file (.RGN) the is 1.7 mb. I opened it with ultraedit and it contains all the text found on the gps. Could i remove the languages that i don't use from this file and install it on my gps to leave more space for my waypoints and tracks due to the limited space. I know you can edit parts of it to personalize it but can i remove the several languages that i don't use to save space and still have the gps function in the english mode?
