Is there a way to determine which BM's have been found in area?

I read a article where (www.uspositioning.com) had developed post processing software using Garmin GPS receiver to obtain sub-meter accuracy. Their site provides additional information. Also see post on April 24, concerning this.

Unfornatually, I had just purchased a Megellan 330 and they are not planning to make this avaiable for the Megellans. I am looking for a work around. Does anyone know of a NEMA to RINEX conversion program? Has anyone collected a stream of NEMA data from a Megellan and saved the data to a file? Thanks
