live.geocaching.com has been unavailable for a while now. Is this deliberate and permanent or will it be fixed?

Not working here either. It's been very unreliable loading cache details for some time, but it's downloading nothing now. Hope this is fixed soon, otherwise it's a new phone for me.

Perhaps the listing was altered after publication?

As a partial work around, you can use: http://www.sssi.naturalengland.org.uk/special/sssi/search.cfm to search for SSSI's, and http://list.english-heritage.org.uk/ to search for scheduled ancient monuments.

Unfortunately, experience would suggest large pockets of Frontline resistance an many countries. We recommend Stronghold (not sure what the US brand name is, but the active ingredient is selamctin).

Hi, I've been using Geocaching Live beta 0.99.01 for some time on my Sony Ericcson mobile phone. It's generally been fairly good, if a little sluggish. Over the last few weeks however, it's stopped downloading cache details, hanging on [Loading description]. I've tried the PC webstart version on my computer, & that's doing the same. Does anyone know if this is a general problem? Is anyone else having better luck with the beta version? Are GS stopping support for the beta version now version 2 is released for compatible devices? Would love to get this sorted as it doesn't look like they will release a version 2 for java phones.
