WHAT??? oh boy.. I HATE ticks and would freak out if one got attached to me. So if you ever see someone running like a crazed person through the woods...don't worry - it's probably me.

Dancing Fool....very awesome way to display your coins. Anyone ever think of displaying them in a coin holder mounted on the wall? Its my latest woodworking project....hopefully I will remember to measure twice and cut once. Having them out will allow me to see them all the time vice having them in a book. But the book is an excellent idea for travel/storing.

I think another "problem" with cache contents degrading in "value" is that not everyone sees the same value of the items inside. Is a mini penlite a fair trade for a compass? How about a coin for a superball? It's all a matter of personal opinion of how we value the items we leave and take, that is why I try to enjoy the journey rather than the destination. Hi, newbie here....I would like to know if I can purchase some Tb's and release them into the wild (put them in caches I find) or am I suppose to make a cache and place the Tb in my own cache to start with? Thanks...just trying to follow the rules.

Hi, I am an extreme newbie and am anxious to get out looking for caches. I just purchased a Garmin GPSMap 60CS and am wondering what is the best software to use to download the waypoints off the geocaching website to my Garmin? I didn't get any of the mapsource CD's yet so I guess I am just working off the base map...is that sufficient at this point? Thanks!
