What is a Wherigo cache? How do I place one? I have a Garmin Oregon 450. How would the GPS come into play?

Can someone give me a good definition of the different people involved with geocaching? I'd like to know what skills Groundspeak uses and what lackeys do.

Hmm... I see NYpaddlecacher's point. But I think they rotate so they CAN give some locations an opportunity to use that feature. Also, try Google Earth. Geocaching.com provides a viewer so that you can see caches in your area.

Yes, I have had the same problem. See the forum "address feature improvement." The summary is that the system does not recognize the location. Problem is, the software can not be updated to include the particular address. This is because Groundspeak does not own the software. So, this means there is nothing you can do.

I use Internet Explorer but an earlier version than 11.

I noticed that when you click the drop-down arrow on your "box" (upper right-hand corner ) that it only gives you a second to select an option before it goes to your profile. This feature needs to be improved because you need time to select the area you want to go to. Please acknowledge!

Well it seems then that this feature is not effective.

That picture does mot belong here! I can not believe that what is supposed to be "friendly" geocachers are so.... I don't even have a word for it. Jholly is rude, TDM22 is accusing and Semper Questio is so gross!
