I'm old to geocaching , but new to hiding. So I'm wondering why when I use my gammon legend to mark a hide and put the chords in my phone app such as gps coordinate or even the app geo or geocaching4locus they all tell me I'm way off. When people send in the chords to geocaching.com to set up a new cache, what is used? Should I stick with my gps and send in the averaged results?
