Sorry for the late reply everybody!I've been swamped at work and haven't had a moment to log on. I ended up going to Mount Monadnock with the lady friend and had a great time! Unfortunately though she had work until 3 and reaching the summit would've meant that we would have to hike back in the dark, so we only ended up going halfway up. So that means Cache #100 is delayed for another couple days. I want to thank you all for your suggestions and they are all written down so I can get to them sometime this year. It's going to be a busy summer of caching for me!

Hey ya'll! I could really use some help picking out a cache for my 100th find. I will be going to find it on Friday afternoon and this will also be my 3rd date with this girl I've really been digging (and yes our first date was a caching date!). So, yeah, I really want this one to be memorable! So, some background to help you get an idea of what I like: -We are both 24 years old -I much prefer rural caches over urban -Ammo cans and lock n' locks are my best friends -I have not done any sea coast caches, which is wicked weird for a proud Rhode Islander -A nice <5 mile hike is always nice -A history lesson behind a cache is always welcome So if anybody could help me pick a memorable cache within an hour and a half drive from Framingham Mass I would be eternally grateful to you! I would preferably go north toward New Hampshire or Vermont, but I would be happy with a MA or RI cache if it's really memorable.

I had a similar problem Saturday. I found 4 caches and was logging them using the map and did the first three, then I came to the fourth and it was nowhere on the map. I closed the window and wet back later and "Whala!" its there.

From what I've heard they are still rolling them out, so hopefully pretty soon they will start retro acting us for Rhode Island. Possibly the Georgia one is a glitch and was given to you when your not supposed to have it. On another note I emailed you about your "Nothing" travel bug and haven't heard back from you yet. I'm just wondering if I picked up a duplicate and what to do with it.

Well i registered it with Garmin and the software is/was up to date. I also took the batteries out and let it sit overnight to see if it helps. Could of just been a fluke ::shrug::

Correction yes it is a Legend H. I'm kind of interested in the 60csx from the reviews on it. As I said I like mine now I just wish it had better reception. I have no interest in street maps. I have a TomTom for my car that I got for christmas last year. I have used it all of one time lol. I prefer finding my own way in my car thats where I find new places, by getting lost lol.

I've been geocaching for a couple months now and I've been pretty happy with my Etrex Legend, until yesterday. It has been pretty accurate but yesterday I went looking at a state forest with very cloudy conditions (started raining as soon as I gave up) as well as thick tree coverage. It kept pointing me in all different directions as well as one second I would be within 50 feet then it would say I was 150 feet away. After a little bit I just got very frustrated and gave up. I'm not looking for anything too fancy. I enjoyed the Etrex Legend I just want something with better reception. The only drawback I have is I am only working part time since I'm in school and I'm pretty broke. The most I can see myself spending is about $250. What am I looking at guys? By the way I've been watching craigslit for the past couple months and nothing ever comes up for handheld gps's

I am trying to validate my phone as well. When I try KeokukDiscer's method I get a message on my phone saying "messages with enhanced features can not be sent to email". Anybody have another solution? I have a LG Voyager
