No You need to do a found log first. And if there is problem with the cache. As in your case a hole in the lid. Then you make a need maintenance log. Yes the owner got mail about all the logs and even mail when you delete a log.

I had a Colorado before and now a Oregon 550 and never had problem with overlapping PQ:s. Oregon 400t are almost the same maschine so I don´t think you gonna have any problem.

You can´t get a cache published until the physical cache is in place. Ofcourse you can if you don´t tell your reviewer about it but we don´t publish caches that not are "findable".

If I do something with my caches like change logbook, a new container, put in a new pen and so on I log owner maintenance because that is just what I have done.

Have you tried to put the GPX file at the memorycard in folder :garmin/gpx I had simillar problem and it worked when I put the GPX file att the memorycard.

If you clean fieladnotes at gc.com and erase you geocachevisits file in the GPS that should give you a clean start again and the second time you upload the file click in the box "Ignore logs before...." That should work. (I hope)

As I stated in my post, I have deleted the geocache visit file. That use to work but now it doesn't. Any other suggestions? Sorry I missed that. ANd you have erased all logs in fieldnotes on GC.com?

Erase the file "geocache_visits.txt" in your GPS. The GPS will make a new file when you starting log caches again.

You need to click in the box "add a waypoint to the log" and write your coordinates there.
