I am trying to figure out a trilateration problem. I am given the coordinates to 4 satellites, their distance to earth and the transmission delay. Using that your supposed to be able to figure out where the cache would be hidden. I have transferred to coordinates to Cartesian but that's as far as I got. Did a bunch of google searches but the math seems way to confusing. If anyone has come across this problem and knows of a solution could you point me in the right direction to try and figure it out. Thanks.
