if the cache is titled blah blah blah (busted)...does that mean it is no longer in exsistance, or leaky, or what?

hi, I'm new to geocaching. today I did my first geocach with the help of a teacher. I entered in the...latitude and longitude myself, but without him i couldn't have done any of it- i don't even know what the numbers mean. I have a few questions. Sometimes people say things about where there caches are located. for instance. "the number above isn't where the cache is located. in fact it isn't remotely related. I just liked that number." -this confuses me, A LOT. another thing is, sometimes it will give you the north south coordinates or whatever and then say "but those are not the location. to figure out the location you need to know the fourth letter in so and so's middle name, what number in the alphabet the letter A is, etc." I really don't know how that works or why they list that and the North South coordinates. Does that mean there is trivia involved? One last thing. people seem to speak in a different language on this site. I totally don't get it. there's a lot of people saying things like "TNLNSL TFTC". and the translator doesn't translate that into anything. It's like a common language among geocachers that I simply cannot understand. ... if you could answer any of that I would be much obliged. thanks.
