  1. Yeah...but have you tried to post a message longer than the "little" box provided. I found that when I use the WAP site on my Treo 650 that when I need the LARGER box, it pops up, I enter my comments (usually log comments are the issue) then when I press OK so it will go back to the browser...that the unit REBOOTS!!! So after the reboot, I RE-login, RE-type, and again, attempt to submit just to have it REBOOT again. Talk about a perfect example of insanity! SO to work around, I have to log into the MAIN site via the browser and wait for graphics to load ect. Just wondering if anyone else has been having this same problem. I did finally do the firmware update on the phone and really didn't see a difference. So I really don't think this is a GC.COM issue...but rather a TREO 650 issue.
  2. And adding to Trenki's question: If my PQ only sends caches I haven't found...is there anything I need to do to GSAK to either show them as found or just delete the entry?
  3. I too have done both, but when I was a "Papered" cacher, I would use the print settings on my laser printer to print 4 pages up on a page. This way I would have the FULL print out, complete with hints and logs but only have ONE page. THEN I would quarter-fold the paper and it would wrap nicely around the back of my GPSr when I would exit my car and head out for a cache. It was great to have the written coords since my then current GPS didn't have a good way to toggle from the "where I needed to be coords" and the "actual coords". I could also write any notes on my paper for when I got back home to log things. Since that time, I have purchased a new gps and a new cell phone that has a web browser. I use the WAP site often and on my most recently ventures across the U.S. I didn't take a single sheet of paper! My phone (Treo 650) does have some issues with the WAP site as far as logging the caches (another topic someday) but looking up info, hints and TB info is GREAT and fast! The downside. Every once in a while, I would get into an area where there wasn't any cell phone coverage. When that happened, I was without a way to read a hint or description to get me where I needed to go. So that is a risk...but when I think of the trees that I am saving now...I think it's all buena!
